EYVAAN RESTAURANT

ENGLISH WAY HEAD OFFICE
A modern, minimalist English language institute in Dubai Knowledge Park, designed to accommodate over 120 students daily. The space offers a contemporary, functional, and KHDA-approved learning environment focused on comfort, efficiency, and accessibility.
SQUARE ENTRANCE LOBBY
The entrance lobby of a flagship building in Dubai, designed to create a refined first impression through a contemporary aesthetic that blends luxury, comfort, and functionality. Carefully selected materials, elegant lighting, and a sophisticated spatial composition establish a welcoming environment while reflecting the building's prestigious identity.
VILLA 281 RENOVATION
A contemporary villa renovation and extension project focused on modernizing the existing residence through expanded spaces, optimized layouts, and a refined material palette. The design enhances functionality, natural light, and the overall living experience while creating a timeless architectural identity.
WINTER MAJLIS
A modular mobile event venue commissioned by the UAE Royal Office, with a capacity of 220 people. The structure was designed for complete disassembly and relocation, incorporating a fully mechanical retractable roof that can be opened or closed to ensure optimal functionality in all weather conditions.
VILLA 115 LANDSCAPE
A thoughtfully designed landscape project featuring an overflow swimming pool and a carefully curated selection of drought-tolerant plants suited to Dubai's climate. The design emphasizes efficient circulation, maximizing the functionality of each outdoor space while creating a harmonious and inviting environment for relaxation and social gatherings.
HOTEL APOLLO
Designed as a university project, Apollo is a five-star hotel with 237 guest rooms and over 20,000 m² of built-up area. Inspired by NASA’s Apollo space program, the design features bridge connections resembling rocket launch gantry arms. The concept focuses on separating guest and service circulation while maximizing room capacity within the 130-meter height restriction.
